(Recommended for Singapore people who would like to visit KL-Putrajay-Genting Cable Car, with out staying anywhere. I have personally traveled myself and writing this itinerary )
Reach Kualalumpur (KL Sentral/Bandar Tasik Selatan/Pudu Sentral) before dawn. Start from Singapore or JB by mid night and reach KL by early morning. Refresh at KL Sentral, as its open 24hours with all toilet facilities available.

You also can use this itinerary, if you are in KL already and wanna explore by yourself with budget concern. You may also can use this itinerary, if arrive KL airport by early morning and transit for one whole day.

Recommended Activity : Finish your breakfast and Proceed to basement to book ticket for your cable car and bus journey to Genting Highlands through Resorts World Buses. You are going to travel only by afternoon but you are pre-booking to avoid disappointments.
Note : Some times ticket may sold faster than expected. Try to book Bus + Cable Car one way/two way ride(as you wish) departing KL Sentral between 2.30PM to 3.30PM. If you start after 3.30PM, then its not easy to return back KL Sentral, as the buses may not available during late hours.

Step 2 (To Petronas Twin Tower/ KLCC/ Suria KLCC)
Recommended Starting time : 10.45AM or earlier
Start Location : KL Sentral
Transportation Mode : Kelana Jaya-Putra line LRT towards Putra
End Location : KLCC Station
Travelling Duration : 15mins (Including transit timings)
Fare : RM1.60 adult oneway
Alternative Plan : If you have reached Pasar Seni instead of KL Sentral, then proceed to KL Sentral by Kelana Jaya-Putra line LRT towards Kelana Jaya. If its weekdays/off-peek season, then you can proceed KLCC LRT station from Pasar Seni LRT station without bothering of booking tickets to Genting Highlands Cable car ride.

KLCC/Twin Tower Intra
Recommended Activity : Proceed upstairs to ground floor and visit World's tallest twin towers/Petronas Twin Towers. If time permits, visit 4 story underground shopping mall called Suria KLCC and viewing point at the double deck bridge situated on the 44th story. But its recommended to view whole KL from Menara KL tower (its the next place of visit in the itinerary) rather this location.

Menara KL Tower Intra
Recommended Activity : Need to walk Menara KL tower from Dang Wangi station (Proceed according to the directions of sign boards). Its a 20mins walk to reach the lower ground of Menara KL tower gate, as the tower is situated in the top of the hill. The tower management has provided FREE shuttle services up and down from the gate/security office to tower entrance. This ride take less than 5mins to reach the hill top.
Walking Duration : 20mins (Walking from station to KL tower lower gate)
Free Shuttle Duration : 15mins (Waiting and traveling to up hill from lower gate)
Sightseeing/Activity Duration - 45 mins
( Note : Dont spend more time as your basic package ticket allows you to visit 3 attractions here at Menara KL.So split your time +/- 15mins per attraction)

Alternative Plan : You also can walk from Twin tower to Menara KL tower lower gate. It will take 30mins by foot. From lower gate, you can follow the FREE shuttle service to up hill.

Alternative Plan : If you have more than 45mins for your pre-booked Genting bus departure from KL Sentral, then you take LRT/Rail service from one of the stations nearer to Menara KL tower.
